The following refund policies apply whether or not they agree with the refund policy, terms of service, or privacy policies of third-party vendors who provide vendor services to the Company for purposes of completing transactions. However, You are also subject to those terms set by those vendors that do not contradict or impede the terms found herein. 

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our Goods and Services ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one situation does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar situations, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. A failure to pay an installment for any program may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to programs. 

SERVICES EXCEPTION: If you don’t love one of our online programs (e.g. Macro Counting Made Simple) within the first 30-days, just email support@juliealedbetter.com at ANY TIME during the first 30 days (but not later). We’ll refund 100% of the your initial 30-days. You will have no more access thereafter. 

FREE SERVICES: From time-to-time, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time and may limit who may participate. You may be required to enter Your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by the Company until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You cancelled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected. At any time and without notice, the Company reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or (ii) cancel such Free Trial. 

SERVICES RESULTS WILL VARY: The weight loss or other fitness results identified on this website, including testimonials from third-parties, are in no way a guarantee of similar or any results for you. Individual results, which change due to genetic or environmental factors (such as food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion) will vary from person to person. This means weight loss or other fitness results will vary from person to person. THE USE OR RELIANCE OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS NOT AN INDICATION OF POSITIVE RESULTS. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS ON GOODS: Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If any of the goods are defective, damaged, or You received the wrong item, please email us with your order number and the issue at ADD EMAIL. We do not accept exchanges on goods and all others sales are final. 

FINALITY EXCEPTION: You are potentially eligible to a refund if your package was lost and/or stolen in the mail. In the unfortunate event, please email us with your order number and tracking number to evaluate the situation. Once approved, you will be subject to a refund to the payment method used for your purchase. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days, depending on your goods involved and/or credit card company. 

NO LIABILITY FOR SERVICES OR GOODS: BY USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RECOMMENDED, YOU AGREE THAT THE OWNERS, DISTRIBUTORS, OTHER PARTICIPANTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND FREELANCERS (altogether the “Agents”) OF LEDBETTER, INC. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY OR LOSS IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED NOR SHALL LEDBETTER, INC. AND ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SAME. These goods and services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
